Which coffee is a good place to start?

The Everyday is our easygoing house blend: chocolatey, balanced and happy with or without milk. If you enjoy brighter, fruitier coffee, try Early Light.

Whole bean or ground?

Choose whole bean if you have a grinder. Otherwise, pick the grind that matches your usual brewer. Filter works for pour-over and drip machines; French press is a little coarser.

How do I keep my coffee fresh?

Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from direct sunlight. For the fullest flavour, grind just before you brew and enjoy it without too much delay.
